Excellent hulls | 3/20/2017 |
| I purchased 100 of the red 3in hulls for some steel and pheasant loads. Once I got my machine set up for them, they are great. I did NOT purchase the super crimp starter, and my original MEC Steelmaster press starter worked fine. The edges are not as sharp as factory, but they work and hold the crimp. Once these are shot up and lost, I will be buying more of them. | ||

| I keep buying these hulls because i love them. I made 10 boxes last week. There fantastic. I use for all my 3 loads. I also reload them with cheddite primers. Have used in 14deg F weather with never a problem. I run a maximum charge of steel powder and 1oz of #3steel shot at 1770fps. It kills and cleans the ducks in 1 shot. I have loaded thousands of these never any problem. I kind of like the clear hulls i can see whats in there. | ||

| I purchased a bag of 100 hulls, skived, to set up for lead turkey and ITX-10 goose. On the MEC Sizemaster, they set up and loaded very smoothly. Used BPs 6-point crimp starter... Nice! | ||
